This is Kristina's second term as Director-at-Large. She earned her bachelors degree in Sports Medicine from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, in 2001. She attended UNCG on a full merit scholarship and served as an athletic trainer for three years. She got her Masters of Medical Science Degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2004 and practiced dermatology in San Diego, California, for two years before relocating to Maine to be near family. Kristina is nationally certified as both a Physician Assistant and an Athletic Trainer. She works at a busy orthopaedic surgery practice in Portland specializing in foot and ankle surgery.
