Bill has served on the Board for six terms now, having served in the late '80s and early '90s. His past service included being a Delegate to the AAPA and Chair of the Impairment/Ethics Committee. In addition, Bill represents DEAPA on the Maine Medical Association's Physician Health Committee. He has worked in family practice in rural Maine for over 23 years. He lives on a farm with his family of five and enjoys the outdoors.
